Opening day is just around the corner. We’re putting the finishing touches on each clinic. Each of our new clinics will have our signature open-format to keep the vibe upbeat and the energy positive.
People are recovering from injury, breaking through barriers, and getting back to the things they love. Our community has been extremely supportive of what we’re doing, and when you know you’ve got something special, it’s hard not to share it.
Recently I shared that Kinetic has big things happening soon. We’re opening two new clinics, and are excited to bring our method and message to the world.
We’ll have opening dates for our new clinics soon. And we’ve still got an ace up our sleeve. There will be one more big announcement before the summer is over…
Big things are happening at Kinetic. Monumental things. I can’t tell you too much (because it’s still a secret), but over the next few weeks I will be pulling back the peel and sharing more of this juicy little secret.

Humanity generally accepts that sleep is important enough that we should spend a third of our lives doing it. Yet despite the inherent risk of sleep, we all do it. Why? Because it’s even more dangerous not to sleep. Put simply, sleep is so important that species all over the world risk their lives to do it. In this post I’ll cover why, and how, to make your sleep count.
The workplace is where a lot of us first experience a sore or achy low back. There is a direct correlation between sitting for long periods of time and low back pain. Prevention is key. You can help prevent low back pain by understanding why prolonged sitting makes your back hurt, and by learning a few movements that can help correct these issues. 5 movements to avoid IT Band Syndrome, or "Runner's Knee". IT band syndrome, also known as “runner’s knee”, is an inflammation and irritation of the thick back of fascia that runs along the outer thigh, from the hip to the knee. Avoid this painful condition with this pre-run warmup routine.
Your screen time may be hurting you. US consumers spend upwards of five hours a day on their phones. Hours spent hunched over our devices is compromising our posture. This condition is called “Tech Neck.” Symptoms can include neck soreness, pinching, and burning sensations.
