Seattle is an amazing city that has something for everyone. But for the active individual, you're in for a treat! Seattle's unique geographic features mean you can go surfing and hiking in the same day, find world class skiing and snowboarding as close as 45 minutes from the city, enjoy any water sport imaginable, trail run, rock climb, or just explore some of the many beautiful public parks the city maintains.

Sure, we get rain, but there's plenty to do inside too. Seattle is a music lover's paradise, a foodies dream and a mecca for the arts.

Plus, you're not alone! We put such an emphasis on culture, most of us hang out outside of work to! It's like having a built-in friend group right from the start. You couldn't ask for a better to Team to call co-workers and friends!

Dr. Mike Smith, DC - Doc & Clinic Director

When I was about to graduate chiropractic school, I had a vague idea of how I wanted to practice. I didn't feel great about opening my own clinic, and I wasn't crazy about the outlook of many of the associateships I that I knew about. My wife brought me to the Pac NW and, at the time, I thought Kinetic was just another rehab clinic in the area.  I could not have been more wrong.

The second I walked in to the clinic everything became clear to me. The music was playing, the patients we're having a blast, the team was cool, and honestly it just felt fun. I knew that this was where I saw myself, I knew that this was a team I wanted to be a part of, and I knew that this was the way I wanted to practice.

I got lucky and they hired me. Since that day Kinetic has been so much more. This team has pushed me to grow as a person and as a clinician. Kinetic has created an environment for me to do what I'm designed to do - serve and grow. I'm lucky because everyday I get to work with a group of people that share my same passion and goals to serve people and change healthcare. Kinetic created opportunities to be a part of something that's bigger than me, and make an impact on people greater than I could have imagined.

Derek Shellman - Rehab Specialist

My journey to becoming a rehab specialist started with a summer internship at Kinetic. I had a lot of interest in becoming a physical therapist, and wanted to explore different clinics for rehabilitation. From day one, everyone who worked here was so friendly and wanted to be involved in my life. I felt valued and have never experienced a work environment that truly makes the effort to have a relationship with their employees and strive for everyone to have a say, and everyone to be appreciated.

After my internship I was invited back to join the family as a rehab specialist, and even now, a year and half later, I am eternally grateful for this opportunity. I love having a job where I can see people’s lives change, and being apart of a team that takes the time to value every patient individually.

Before Kinetic I had zero interest in chiropractic but am now enrolled in a Doctor of Chiropractic program for Fall 2017! I have tremendous respect for all the doctors here, and they have influenced me to becoming a chiropractor!

A Brief History

In 2010, Kinetic Sports Rehab was created to change the way people viewed manual therapy and chiropractic. We wanted to provide a fun, vibrant, energetic, completely unique experience for the patient. By combining an open concept, modern facility, with top-level staff and incorporating functional rehabilitation along with time with a doc, we've done just that. But, don't take our word for it.
