Dr. Kaylie Whitbeck is a chiropractor who is an Active Release Techniques and certified Graston Technique provider. She received her B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Western Washington University and continued on to complete her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Western States in Portland, OR. Dr. Kaylie has been active all her life, in team sports and track and field throughout high school. Her love of studying the human body began while struggling with and overcoming shin splints from competitive sprinting, and witnessing first hand how an active lifestyle can benefit from chiropractic care. Dr. Kaylie is passionate about treating all athletes of all levels, but has a particular affinity for treating runners. Whether it’s your first 5k or you are a seasoned marathoner, she enjoys helping runners not only maintain their training and achieve their goals, but also educating patients on correct running biomechanics, shoe choice, and training. Dr. Kaylie incorporates spinal and extremity chiropractic manipulations, advanced soft tissue techniques, and functional rehabilitation to keep her patients moving well. Dr. Kaylie is a Pacific Northwest native, growing up in Sammamish, WA. In her free time, you’ll find her running the Burke Gilman, hiking, biking, and exploring all of the beautiful and tasty niches of the Emerald City with her friends and family.
