Healthy joints move freely and easily, and you can't perform at your best if mobility restrictions, stability issues, or joint pain is holding you back.

The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the body, which means it's also the most vulnerable to injury. This workshop is designed to gain a deeper understanding of shoulder functionality by teaching methods to eliminate compensations and restore efficient movement patterns. The result? Increased pulling strength and efficiency so you can train with confidence.
