Ever wonder how to decrease your odds of injury while increasing your performance for the upcoming snow season? Then this workshop is for you.

Skiing and snowboarding are demanding sports, and you can't perform at your best if mobility restrictions, joint pain, or stability issues hold you back.

Skiers and snowboarders commonly experience knee pain, hip tension, or back discomfort due to the challenges of the sport. The good news is it can all be mitigated by taking the necessary measures to prepare for a long and joyful day winter season.

Designed specifically for snow sports, this workshop is designed to provide all the tools you need to charge the mountain with confidence all winter long.

What You'll Learn

This ski-specific mobility program is rooted in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) principles, which increase articular strength and neurological control of your joints and muscles. It's designed to close the gap between one's active and passive range-of-motion. You'll learn specific movements proven to be powerful compliments to any training regimen. This clinic will give you a ski-specific toolkit.

You'll come away with:

  • Strategies to increase mobility and stability exactly where you need it
  • How to close the gap between passive and active ranges-of-motion
  • Techniques to safely condition your joints to become more durable
  • How to drive more power from your hips and away from your knees/low-back
  • Ways to illuminate compensation patterns and increase efficiency on the slopes
  • Methods to lower injury-risk for long days on the mountain
