The spine is the foundation of every move you make. No matter the activity, if back pain is present then movement compensations certainly impact the experience.

Unfortunately, people often have back pain due to muscle imbalances that cause unnecessary stress to the extremities. Overtime, this can lead to common back injuries like herniated or ruptured discs, Facet Syndrome, Sacroiliac “SI” pain, Sciatica/Piriformis Syndrome, and more.

The good news is it can all be mitigated by taking the necessary measures to bring back more efficient movement patterns.

This spine-focused workshop teaches you how to resolve back pain, or mitigate these issues before they start. You'll walk away with strategies to keep your spine healthy for a lifetime.
