Who is this workshop for?

From the treadmill to the rower to the weight room, your body can’t make the changes you want if your joints aren't moving like they should. This workshop is designed to provide the LEARN so you can continue to BURN.

What will I get out of this workshop?

Have your joints ever been achy or sore after a workout and you’re not sure why? Do your knees bother you after a run? Lower back or shoulders ever bother you in the weight room?

You'll learn techniques and get new tools to resolve these common issues and help you get the most out of your workouts. In short, you'll learn how to keep you body healthy so you can continue to workout on your terms.

  • What to bring: Wear athletic clothing. We are going to learning by doing.

  • Cost: $10, with 100% of proceeds going to local nonprofit UPower.
